Amount
The amount of the rent is the one indicated in the particular conditions of the reservation or contract confirmation, where the total amount of the rent is indicated.
Form of payment
The method of payment will be 30% of the total amount at the time of booking, and the rest will be paid at the time of delivery of keys and entry to the accommodation. Prepayment will be made once the pre-booking has been made and within 48 hours of booking. The company reserves the right to cancel the pre-reservation in case of not receiving in this period the proof of payment made.

Period
The rental period specifies in the particular conditions of the contract, the entry and delivery of keys will take place from 15:00 hours on the first rental day of the contracted period. Security deposit
Upon delivery of keys, the tenant will deposit in cash, the amount indicated as a deposit. Supplies
Consumption of electricity, water and gas is included in the contract price. In case the items have heating and these are not included in the price, the cost will be specified in the reservation. Contract termination
Helga Struck S.LU. may automatically terminate the contract in the following cases:

3. The change of the furniture of the lodgings.

Excluded responsibilities
Helga Struck S.LU. will not be held responsible in the following cases:
1. Removals, damages and deteriorations that customers may suffer during their stay in the rented properties.
2. Water, electricity and / or gas supply cuts by large companies.
3. Helga Struck S.LU will be notified of the breakdown of electrical appliances or any other appliance that forms part of the building. and this will give Part to the Technical Attention Service in less than 24 hours. Cancellations
In the case of cancellations by the customer, they will comply with the following rules:
1. If the cancellation occurs within 45 days before the date of entry of the client, 25% of the total rental amount will be withheld.
2. If the cancellation occurs between 0 days and 45 days before the date of entry of the client, 50% of the total rent will be withheld.
3. If the cancellation occurs once the customer has entered the property, Helga Struck S.L.U will retain 100% of the total amount delivered by the customer for the total rental amount.
4. In all cases, regardless of when the cancellation occurs, Helga Struck SL will receive at least 25% of the total amount of the reservation that includes the rental. In the event that once the client has contracted a property, it could not be delivered, Helga Struck S.LU. undertakes to deliver another property of a similar category or higher. If you are unable to satisfy the customer, you will be refunded the 30% advance.
